I was looking for a decent pair of exercise shorts with front pockets. Seriously, how hard is it to put POCKETS! into shorts? Evidently very hard, because not many of the shorts have them, and they seem to come at a premium on Amazon.

Well, I was finally able to find these offered by Amazon themselves, at a fair price, and was joyous to find that they had pockets. When I received the item, they were a nice navy blue, the exterior material was a durable, breathable elastic polyester (no liner however), with nice deep pockets.

I've used it a few times now, and they are absolutely comfortable to wear when lounging around the house as well. So comfortable, that I ordered a second pair.

These shorts really breath. I can wear them on a heavy workout and they will not get drenched. They are comfortable and light weight. I will buy them again.

If you've ever worn an official football jersey (or just felt one in the store because they cost too darn much), you'll love these shorts-- they feel exactly the same. They're incredibly breathable, loose around the bottom, and even have a thin stripe down the side you can't see in the picture. They don't cause any friction (which, if you're a jogger or cyclist is fantastic), and even feel good just to wear for casual use. Definitely worth getting.

Over there years I have bought many workout shorts, some good and some bad, but these are by far the best shorts I have ever owned. I am about to buy another pair.

These are some of the most comfortable gym shorts I've ever worn! Nice light material that breathes well. Pockets to hold your keys or a couple bucks. Just the right length. They fall just above the knee on me. Great shorts!!!

Ordered these for my knee surgery, so I wouldn't have to wear the humiliating open-A gown. My surgeon is cool, he said fine. Amazon is great at order fulfillment, so they arrived on time. They're nice - have that flimsy light and flowing feel. Champion's pretty much a legit company, as opposed to fly-by-night companies, which are bountiful. As far as doing the job for shorts, they made short shrift of it.

Bought 2 pair, couldn't be happier. Use them to go to the gym and play rec sports, no issues with staining or tearing, wash fine.

Good quality and very durable. Fits well. Easiest way to shop as long as they fit you what you want in your size without going to the mall. Priceless

Great product! I enjoy the pockets and use this product on top of my biing short because they don't have pockets.

Love the shorts. Awesome for running. They're really light weight, and definitely seem to help with the sweat-factor. Great for relaxing around the house on warmer days, as they breath so well.

I ordered the black ones, and they came as I expected. I can see the seems where the line would go down the side, but the ones i got are black on black, so there is no visible line.

No problems whatsoever with the length, either. I'm a 35" waste, and got Larges though, so it may just be because I'm on the small-end of "Large".

Bought a second pair I liked them so much.
