4.0 out of 5 stars Logo please
Nice socks, but I bought these not only for the softness but also for the Champion Logo displayed on the rim. When I did receive the socks, the rims had no logo. Come on, Champion, your pictures should match your product.

1.0 out of 5 stars If I could rate it 0, I would.
These socks aren't even close to what the picture shows. Real champion socks are soft and full, these socks are champion-branded knockoffs that are thin on the top and thick on the bottom and crummy all over. Beware.

2.0 out of 5 stars Thin thin thin, May 20, 2009

"Champion performance socks provide cushionmax sole to help absorb shock" - Dont believe it. These socks are thin to the point of being stockings. I expect a little material on my socks, but these really make me feel the shoe. Perhaps they're ok for non-active applications, but expect blisters and aggrevated feet if you do more than walk in them. A previous batch of Champions I purchased were quite thick in the sole, but it seems they've changed their specs, or added a 'breathable' feature to this once reasonable product.

These are not bad socks.. but they are not great. They are made by Hanes, so save yourself some money and just buy the Hanes. They do not have to logo on the leg, instead on the foot by the toes is a logo *(same place they put the word Hanes) They were on sale 3/2 but when you factor in the fact they are not anything different then what you could by at Wal Mart, then it makes you realize you got ripped off.

I would say, Save your money.. Buy something else..

2.0 out of 5 stars Decreasing Quality, December 27, 2009
By
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have had champion socks for 10+ years. I have to say that the most recent changes to their socks have negatively affected the quality. The socks look and feel cheaper than their predecessors. The elastic in the sock is not as tight, so the socks start to drop after a long day.

I made the mistake of buying these based on the picture that shows the Champion logo. I have other pairs of Champion socks with the logo and wanted to match my existing socks. In addition the quality of the new socks isn't as good as my old socks.

4.0 out of 5 stars Champion Socks OK, But Could Be Better, December 12, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The socks shown in the picture, with the prominent logo near the top, are not the ones I received. I went looking for Chanpion socks like the ones I had bought a while back at one of the sports emporiums. The sports places no longer carry them, which puzzles me. They are by far the best sports socks I've ever worn -- thickly woven with extra padding on the soles. The socks I received had a small gray Champion logo on them (near the toe, I think) and about half the heft of my earlier purchase. I'm still looking for those luxurious Champion socks...

1.0 out of 5 stars These socks suck, September 22, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I read some of the reviews about the new style of Champion sock and wish I would have listened to them. These are not the Champion socks we were buying a year ago. They are very cheaply made and not nearly as comfortable. The material is very thin and looks like it could rip within the first week. I couldn't believe that they are made in the USA. I don't know what is happening to this company.

1.0 out of 5 stars I agree with the THIN review, March 7, 2010
It is clear to me that not long ago Champion made killer socks...very thick. The batch I got for Christmas 2009 were super thin. The thin ones should be avoided...they wear out quickly.

1.0 out of 5 stars Champion Socks that were not, February 10, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Champion Men's 6pack crew sock (Apparel)
I ordered these socks and received a different set of socks that were no use to me. There was no slip in the box, just the socks. I couldn't return them. Now I am stuck with these socks and didn't get the right ones which were a Christmas gift. What a dissappointment.
