After a real estate agent has "survived" the first year or two, he/she naturally wonders how to move from survival to success to market dominance. One way to approach such changes is to build a "team". Hiring people to help you do more seems logical. But.....surprise, surprise, it isn't easy. In fact, without lots of forethought and planning, forming a team can be FATAL to one's real estate career.

Dirk Zeller has put together a volume of truths about real estate teams, some of which will be difficult for many to swallow. Following his advice will save agents years of heartache and $-ache. I can testify from personal experience.

I just finished reading Dirk Zeller's latest, and to my mind, greatest body of work to date. The Champion Real Estate Team is filled with an incredible amount of knowledge that Zeller has accumluted over his 20+ years as a leader in the Real Estate Industry. This book is not just a back stage pass into the industry's movement toward the Team Concept, it's literally a how-to manual on how to build a high performance team, step by step. This is a must read for all Real Estate Professionals, including solo agents, brokers, managers, and of course, Team Leaders.

The "Team Concept" in Real Estate is the direction that the industry is rapidly moving toward. If you want to be on the cutting edge of this change, read this book NOW!

This is for Brokers and agents - oh by the way there is also a book titled the Champion Real Estate Agent.
