Nice Training Aid!
My son is a beginning Track & Field athlete and these were helpful for him to learn/practice. They are made of good quality materials, good price and favorable reviews from other people that used it. I would recommend them to the new and experienced person.

Poorly made
You get what you pay for. It is poorly made. The rim keeps coming loose and we always have re-adjust it and tighten it.
