Product Description
The Champion Sports Referee and Sport Watch does more than just keep track of time. This wristband watch is also a stopwatch packed with features that are useful for any referee or athlete. With the Referee and Sport Watch you can recall up to 10 cumulative and split times to 1/100th of a second precision, and every workout is stored as a separate recallable run. A split release feature unlocks after 5 seconds to display current running lap time. Useful features include 12 or 24 hour format with alarm, programmable countdown/count up time, and a bright EL night light display. The Champion Sports Referee and Sport Watch is also shock resistant and water resistant to depths of 300ft.

Looks like a great watch for refereeing. Problem is that I bought it a few months ago, occasionally wore it to work, and now the battery is dead. It also appears that the light is stuck in an ON position. Never made it to a soccer game. Overall, the band is good and the numbers are easy to read, but that cannot make up for dismal performance.

Two things about this sports watch I found to be a pain. The first was that if you went to stop watch mode and waited too long, the watch would switch back to time mode. This made it difficult to be ready to time the start of soccer matches. The second pain was the watch stopped working completely after several weeks. I changed the battery but the light stayed on and drained the battery within a day. Obviously, this watch was badly designed and cheaply made.

Great buy for the money...
I would have to agree it isn't the stoutest construction, but if you (like me) wear it only for a game or two every week and then it lives in it's plastic case (in your ref bag)... Read more

Does the job
I have owned two of these and will probably get another. The display is easy to read in bright sunlight, when you are on the run, as long as you are not wearing sunglasses. Read more

Champion Referee Watch
This watch is completely not water resistant. I have ruined two just by jumping into the swimming pool. Another the plastic molding wore out so the pin would not hold the band. Read more

good but not great
This is a great watch only i wish it would tell me the real time and not just the soccer time.(but don't go by me i am not a great watch person!)
