If I could give this product a zero, I would! I have ordered so many things online and have been pleased with them and if I wasn't there was no problem with returns. I bought these stopwatches just over a year ago to use in my classroom. Two broke the first time my students used them. The rest are now all dead - one year of battery life after three uses? Give me a break! Do not buy these, spend a few cents more and get a different brand. The most disappointing fact is that I bought these for my class with my own money and they were useless!

I was looking to use these for a 5k we are hosting and when they came in I was surprised at how cheap the are built! They are little better than toys. One of them either doesn't work or has a dead battery already. I'll need to use them this year but I doubt they will last until next year let alone through the race. Very disappointed for the amount I spent on them.

I was right! By the second year none of them worked!

I purchased these to use in my classroom for regular use: checking fluency, timing speeches. They work well for a bit and then the buttons start to stick and ultimately stop responding.

Stopwatches were ordered for a work project. One of them broke within the first week, however I am VERY pleased with the product overall. Will most likely order more for future use. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered this set of 6 timers to use in my sixth grade classroom and they came in just a few days! They are easy to use, and the 6 different colors make them easy to find and keep track of.

Obviously, at this price they are made in China. But the quality is solid. For example, when you shake it, nothing rattles around on the inside. Even the buttons when you press them feel solid. The only nit-picky thing is that there are two "mode" buttons. Why? I don't know. You only really need one, and I keep accidentally hitting the one on the face. But for the price, I can live with it.

I'm looking at the second one I've bought. If the first one came with an instruction manual, I don't recall it. The interface is so counterintuitive that when I replaced the first one, I carefully looked for a manual after opening the package. Nope, not there. I've never been able to figure out how to set the alarm and have found the best way to turn it off is to press buttons randomly until it goes away. (That's what my students do to turn on the alarm.) Now it beeps once an hour, and I haven't been able to figure out how to turn that off at all. I couldn't find a manual on line.

As a person who programs computers for fun, I think the problem lies with the engineering that went into it. The batteries cannot be replaced without an unusual phillips head screw driver. The screws have already rusted. I couldn't see a way to replace the batteries on the first one at all. That's why I had to replace it.

Product is just as advertised. They work great for the students in my classroom. What amazed me the most was how quickly they arrived! I'd order again just for the fast shipping.
