The Champion Jersey Tee is a quality shirt. It does not shrink in the wash and the colors are bright (no fading so far). The neck opening runs a little big, but other than that it's a great fit. The Champion logo is featured on the side and this is a tagless shirt. While some shirts tend to feel cheap, the Champion Jersey Tee is nothing but quality. The material thickness is perfect.

UPDATE 5/19/10: Two years later and the shirts I ordered are still going strong. In fact, I have now ordered some more. :)

These are my husband's favorite t-shirts. They are well-constructed, good quality and hold up well.

I was very happy with the two shirts that I ordered. A friend of mine likes the heavier t-shirts made by Champion but every time I buy them from their site or in stores, they are lightweight. The shipment arrived in no time at all!

Is it possible to give a half star? These new shirts from Champion are cut different than their old shirts. While they are still cut wide enough at the top for whatever size, the length is a good 2-4" shorter than the old shirts I used to get from Champion. I am 6'4" tall and the new ones barely reach my belt line....forget the idea of tucking them in. My older Champion shirts I bought 2-3 years ago still are long enough to tuck in...they are simply fading, that is why I bought new ones. The new ones also don't seem to be as thick a fabric as the old shirts.....3 year old shirts seem to be of heavier weight and more "heft" than these new paper thin dishrags.

I hope the folks at Chmpion see the error of their ways and return these formerly good quality shirts to their past quality levels.

Purchased a few of these to wear when working outside or riding my bike. I am very pleased with the quality of these. They are not thin and cheap feeling at all. Sizes were a little large when I first got the package, but they shrunk up just a bit in the wash and fit me perfect now.

I'm 5'8, 170 lbs, 40"+ chest and decided on the medium. The shirt was too big for my 6' 190 lb, 42" chest roommate in every dimension. I promptly returned the shirts (I had ordered 3) and didn't even bother to go down to Small because I think they'd still be too big. They are just plain cotton shirts and might be fine if you're a big guy. That being said, order at least 1 size smaller (probably 2) than you expect. They are long and wide. The sleeves are also really long no matter how tall/wide you are. I like the sleeves a little shorter and more narrow when I'm working out. Very disappointing. I ordered the Adidas AdiFit shirts instead. I haven't been able to find plain cotton, athletic fit, solid color t-shirts anywhere.

Don't bother writing a review. Amazon will delete it if it's a bad one. I will be amazed if this review lasts more than a day! I reviewed this NY Lingerie just prior to Christmas as my shirt was purchased as a gift 17 days prior to Christmas. The retailer NY Lingerie didn't bother to ship the shirt for 2 weeks and it arrived a week after Christmas. That's approximately 4 weeks from order to delivery. Never again will I purchase from a company that uses the pony express for delivery. The thing that makes me really mad is that Amazon deleted my first "poor review" and then ask me to write another one. Amazon should consider this! Be not deceived what-so-ever a company "Amazon" sows it will reap. You can't plant corn and harvest wheat. You can't have the good without the bad. If Amazon is involved with manipulating reviews and covers for bad retailers they open their doors for all kinds of bad and unscrupulous vendors that rip off and exploit the public and eventually Amazon will suffer. Seems to have the same quality as my Champion T shirts from several years back that were made in Mexico.

The material, thickness, and seams, all look top-notch.

Edit: Well, a more recent viewer beat me to the punch but on a side by side comparison I see now that these shirts are shorter and a tad thinner than the older version. The older, made in Mexico, version was also 100% cotton. I'm sorry I didn't wait before initially posting a review. I've lost some weight recently, thankfully, so the extra large size I received is ok. Though the length is borderline. I plan on losing more weight so I'll keep with this size.

The product arrived quickly and was a great shirt. I screwed up and ordered the wrong shirt. I sent it back and I was immediately refunded. I would definitely use them again.
