The first of June 2011 I,unfortunely,came down with the shingles,which is very painful. I could not find a cold compress anywhere.
Went on the internet and found the Champion Therma cold Compress from Amazon.com. I am into my 10th week still in pain,but the Compress has been my lifesaver for all these weeks.
