Champions III is a game supplement I have been reading ever since it's release.. (over ten yeras ago). It's a great book that continues where Champions II left off, digging deeper into danger rooms and reconstruting agent and agencies rules. But the best about this book is powers, powers and powers. Duplication, multiforms, shapeshift, transformation attacks, new enhanced senses, healing and MANY more.. New power advantages/limitations specially tailored for powers like entangle, flash, telekinesis, teleport etc. New rules for charges, new Disadvantages.. More of EVERYTHING.

Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the beginning of the book. There are about 5 pages which I think no owner of this book has ever used... rip them out of the book, sit back and enjoy one of the best role-playing supplements ever written.
