Surf a South Pacific island without ever leaving your room in Championship Surfer. There are 10 beach locations to select from, and each has its own breaking styles and characteristics. Choose from Cory Lopez, Shane Beschen, Rochelle Ballard, and five other world-class surfers. There are over 50 tricks and moves to perform, including aerials, 360s, and barrels. Players will experience spray, weather effects, environmental effects, and huge swells. Avoid obstacles like jet skiers, buoys, boats, and helicopters. Both single-player and multiplayer game modes are available, including arcade, split screen, trick attack, and four-player simultaneous rumble mode.

Championship Surfer rocks! there's nothing this cool for quick bouts on the PC that you can have a quick game or two at lunch or before dinner. It takes me back to my last Holiday in Hawaii years ago when I met a young lady who had the biggest... anyway, you get the point. There's Championship mode (gah!) and Arcade mode where you have to avoid nuclear waste barrels, killer sharks and those A-holes on jet-skis. It's about the only game that I liked more than Tony Hawk 2 on the PC (I'm a surfer from way back but I broke my ankle skating, the worst thing to happen to me while surfing was getting covered in s**t. That don't happen at home most days. I loved this game as a way to do something other than frag my buddies on-line. The only thing missing is network play. Other than, if you got a PC and surf, get this one

What a blast! Great graphics and easy gameplay. Some improvements can be made if another edition comes out like actual beaches and a larger numbers of surfers to chose from. Also it would be nice to be able to create a surfer of your own. But enough of that. If you surf or ever wanted to, this is a must game.Totally addicting!! The makers have totally created the physical dynamics of a suefer.Wipeouts are realistic, and the smooth motion is better than anything i've played. Oh well get this game you won't be sorry!!!

Hooray,finally a classic surfing game comes out from down under where all the surfing champs come from!If you surf ,get this game it will totally blow your mind!Get wicked 15 second pits and pull off the biggest airs,snaps,slashes and floaters on 10 different wave breaks.From 3foot to 20 and all weather affected,different boards and surfers,even a gidget!Haha.Surfs flat or badly polluted then wack this on,hell Im going to play it now!10/10!
