This item arrived in a very timely manner. The bluebirds were really pretty and I hung it up outside. After a couple of days I noticed that the temp never moved. I waited another few days and then realized it didn't work. I wrote to them through Amazon and within two days I had a full credit on my account and was not required to send it back to them! That is a VERY nice company! They respect their customers and make everything right in a timely manner. Thank You!! I will do business with you again!
