About the Author

Robert Gerard began his working career as a civil engineer. Finding his interests lay with people, not things, he went back to college and completed a B.A. in Social Psychology (1978) and a M.S. in Management/Organizational Psychology (1981). He has also completed all the required course work for doctorates in Education at Georgia State University (1985) and Spiritual Psychology at the California Institute for Integral Studies (1993). In 1998, Robert earned his Doctorate in Spiritual Psychology at the College of Metaphysical Science.

He has worked as an Organizational Psychologist specializing in improving communication and resolving conflicts within companies. The experiential methods he used for handling confrontation are presented in his latest book, Handling Verbal Confrontation: Take the Fear Out of Facing Others.

Robert's work experience in management and consulting spans over 36 years and crosses major industries: engineering, manufacturing, banking, education, and publishing.

Inspired by his inner guidance, Robert started Oughten House Publications in 1992. As visionary, his publishing company became a world leader in metaphysical and self-mastery books. In July 1997, a major shift in Robert's life occurred-he received a DNA ACTIVATION and the wisdom to bring it into the world. His ability to encode and activate the multi-strand DNA within chromosomes, to heal others, and set into motion cellular and psychological healings was revealed. Presenting these techniques globally became his mission.

Robert sustains a private counseling practice in his mountain home in Coarsegold, California. He continues to offer lectures, seminars, and workshops on the DNA Healing Techniques and Confronting Skills Training. In addition to his two healing books, Robert has also written two novels: Lady from Atlantis and The Corporate Mule.

Having become interested in metaphysical advancement, I stumbled across the interesting concept of DNA Activation. Thus I began my search for resources that could help me do this, and my search led me to this book.

I was quite disapointed with this book, for one main reason: it's a selling point for a larger 'kit'. The book describes how to do 1st and 2nd DNA Activation, but in order to do the recommended 3rd and 4th Strand Activation, you have to spend a hundred bucks to get the information. [...]

Place this on top of the many spelling and punctuation errors, and it adds up to a book not really worth the paper it's printed on. I recommend avoiding this book.

after reading the book I've just got to ask, how come the Medical Intuitive, Vianna, who started this healing technique not mentioned at all? but I did give it a 3 in case I missed that somewhere in the book.

let me say positive things about it though, at least Dr. Gerard is spreading the teachings of DNA activations. I've used this technique and it works very well, easily and quickly. With that, I would recommend the books by Vianna Stibal, Go Up and Seek God and Go Up and Work with God. These are the unadulterated version of the 12-Strand DNA Technique directly channeled from Source.
Dr. Gerard (Vianna's former student) and his book is a good introduction to the real thing.

Ok, the first half of this book does nothing more than talk about purchasing some DNA activation kit and joining the authors home base of practitioners. Similar to the "cures they do not want you to know about" scam. I will say that there is some good information in this book, but would not understand that had I not known about other holistic healing modalities that describe the same things. This book appears to be a trademark promotion based on several other holistic philosophies. More power to you if you can do it... but the author is going to have to come up with some original material. This book didn't offer me anything I haven't read about or experienced before.
