Excellent; clear, on-target how-to on being unlimited., May 1, 1999

I have been working in this book for five years now. It is a guide book for things which we previously would go to the grave not understanding, or being able to change. What are the beliefs inside of me--not "truths" or "unconscious motivators," but BELIEFS--changeable beliefs-- which cause me to fail, lose hope, choose less than the best... Step-by-step methodology on replacing those beliefs. It's simple, but it's not easy. It means letting go of identity; even if the identity is negative, it's what I know. It's a lifetime of work, but each victory is in itself enough. This book is total gold. Go for it and be who you REALLY really want to be.

excellent book-practical & helpful, February 20, 2000

I've read my share of self-help and metaphysical books. I think this is one of the best, if not the best one book on how our thoughts and emotions are responsible for our daily lives. Its a shame the book isn't still available, its been very helpful for me. And while Gillett delves into theory of how we "create our own reality" somewhat, he is more practical and less pie in the sky than some others I have read. I appreciated that. But as the other customer review noted, the principles are simple but that doesn't make them easy. It is a long term process.

Product Review, March 1, 2008
This review is from: Change Your Mind, Change Your World (Paperback)
I am only a few chapters in to the book. It is unique in a sense that it says not to focus on your past rather focus on the strength of the here and now. Other than that I have skimmed through the book and feel it has it merits. I look forward to reading more.
If others try to say this book is part of a cult, or contains false beleifs I would not walk but run from.. and quickly. It is in my opinion and humble experiences with life those individuals are just uncomfortable looking inside and are far too much risk and liability.
There are many pieces to the puzzle of life and this book contains just a few of them. Not all answers can be found in just one book. Well worth the read thus far.
As I have always said, Life is a challenge... Prepare for it...
