Despite the semi-catchy title, this book is far from unique- any women's magazine or 50 cent self-help book spews out a slightly different version of the same "be a better you" gibberish. Do yourself a favor, and if this book has found itself onto your bookshelf, purge it- it's is the best first step you can take towards changing your life for the better.

This book has what every woman needs to know. It covers a wide variety of topics, everything from how to be happy to getting a good nights sleep. It has a great outline and it never gets boring. I highly recommend it.
