Excellent, factual resource for girls age 7 - 11
Information about natural changes which will occur in a girl's body are presented in a very accessible way. There is a good amount of information which can lead to discussion. It is absorbing reading for any young girl curious about the changes she is about to go through or just starting to go through. A thoughtful touch is the information about what is appropriate...

This review is from: Changes in You and Me: A Book About Puberty, Mostly for Girls (Spiral-bound)
Information about natural changes which will occur in a girl's body are presented in a very accessible way. There is a good amount of information which can lead to discussion. It is absorbing reading for any young girl curious about the changes she is about to go through or just starting to go through. A thoughtful touch is the information about what is appropriate touching or talking from adults to girls, and advice about medical examinations. There is also some reference to dealing with feelings or concerns about being gay or bisexual which is handled positively. As a parent of two girls, I highly recommend it
