Common sense stuff we all think about, yet many fail to act upon. And why not? Julie cuts to the chase and makes a great case for putting our thoughts about changing behaviors into action AND delivers a pragmatic approach/methodology to tie behaviors into organizational plans and strategies...and make them last! A good read with relevant examples that fit almost any organization. To boot, Julie and her husband Jim offer a great organizational consulting service packed with useful strategies and tips everyone can put to use immediately. The bonus - it's served up with large doses of enthusiasm and deep subject knowledge. Read the book and reach out to this dynamic duo!

"Changing Results by Changing Behavior" is for leaders who are serious about getting results, as well as building a culture built for change and improved results. Julie will ask you questions in this book that only a seasoned successful coach would ask you.
A book not only for leaders, but also leaders on their way to the top.

I've wondered why it's so hard to make change real and to make it stick. This book is a good handbook geared toward somebody who wants practical steps to take, backed up by examples from real clients. It is a quick read, and contains information I can use both inside and outside of my work.

With "Changing Results By Changing Behavior" Julie Poland has hit the bull right in the eye! Theory is good, but if that is what you want, buy another book. THIS book is about real change and application.
