While only reading the excerpt presented here, there was enough interest garnered to force me to look at who the contributing authors are. It is a solid group of academicians. I particularly like the JD,MA,Ph.D in anthropology. I disliked the fact that Atty. Hynes from Brooklyn, NY, is mentioned as an appointer to one of the contributors, but her community based drug treatment programs to re-orient convicted persons into drug treatment instead of jail for the non-violent offenders is quite good. Hynes+C.Vernon Mason+Judge John Phillips comes to mind.See:Google.
