About the Author

Arli Paulin Quesada has more than 10 years of experience in the field of educational publishing, working with both print and software companies. She was developmental editor of the interactive teacher's guide in the CD-ROM MultiMedia Cookbook for HyperStudio, distributed by Mindscape. Previously she worked for a book publisher of learning materials for special-needs students. Sue Lockwood Summers is a library media specialist in an elementary school near Denver, Colorado, and is a member of the Turner Learning National Faculty. Summers serves on the board of PRIIME TIIME TODAY (Parents Responsibly Involved In Media Excellence and Teens Involved In Media Excellence). She has developed and teaches two graduate courses related to media for teachers. Elana Yonah Rosen has 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and media worlds, having worked with KQED-TV in the news, current affairs, and cultural departments. She joined the George Lucas Educational Foundation, where she developed educational interactive prototypes, produced the content for dramatic films on future learning environments, and created a national information resource for dissemination on the Internet.
