Channel Islands National Park,

The book the Channel Islands National Park is a good introduction the islands. It gives the basic history of the islands, the geology of the islands, and some of the flora and fawna. It's a good "first book" on the islands with a good over view. It does not contain details if someone is into birds, or history etc.

This book arrived promptly and in fine condition. It wasn't quite as definitive a guide to hiking the Channel Islands as I'd hoped, but it's pretty good and definitely will be useful background.
