I have a Klein from Home Depot that cost $6 more, and this tool is just as good. Buy it.

If you need an inexpensive no frills wire stripper, then you found it. Works great for what it is. It lacks any kind of crimping mechanism except for the very tip which might work in a pinch. I found it necessary to upgrade to a pair that has more features, such as dedicated crimpers and screw cutting abilities. If I had to do it over again I'd forgo this pair and get the second pair with more features.

I have worked for electricians and other contractrors that have used similar tools for years. I decided to purchase this stripper tool for myself. This is one of the best wire stripper tools that I have ever used --- including the professionals' tools that I had previously used. The wire gauge is very precise, and it cuts the casing off of the wire perfectly without cutting any of the interior wire. This is a buy item, and the price cannot be beat.

This cutter/stripper is a well made little unit. It's not an all-in-one tool in the sense that it has a limited range of wire sizes it can accommodate, so check the sizes before you buy to ensure they match your needs. The cutter it very sharp and slices easily through copper wire. The little latch lock keeps the tool compact when not in use. The handles are a tad thin for my liking, and it probably the only downside for me, but I guess that's a personal thing! Overall, a solid unit that gets the job done!

Very comfortable, nice shape makes it easy to use. Has a cool lock for when not in use. Only downside is the low amount of wire sizes it cuts - could use 22 or 24 gauge cutters.

Good Product, appears to be well made it should work great for some re-wiring that needs to be done in my house.

Have used various strippers over the years and the Channellocks are by far the best of the bunch. Make sure it will do the sizes you want or get these and the 908s and you will be able to do almost any normal size wire and get nice clean "strip" action and be able to make good electrical connections without damaging your wire. These are a great tool and i would buy them again if I needed.

I purchased this tool quite a while ago and have used it for a number of electrical projects. It is very well made and designed. I find it comfortable to hold and is very sharp and durable.

After using a multi wire stripper tool for years that I got from a nationwide radio chain back when I was in high school (I'm almost 40 now), this tool is a complete god send! I'm not a professional or anything but do do my share of things like creating my own speaker wires to custom lengths and other home theater and stereo tasks around the house.

This is so fun, more comfortable and easier to use than my prior one. The handle plastic is not sliding off like the old tool either. I threw the old one away and was happy to do so. after getting this.

The grip is nice, they are plenty sharp, and I am very glad that I purchased them. The spring action is just right, comes back easily, but no major snapping back or sticking in the down position. you can lock them closed for transport in the tool box.
