This is hands-down the best set of cookware I have ever used. Heats the pan at broadband speed, a zip to clean, stays looking new with proper care, and best of all -- no bits of teflon floating around in my food, masquerading as pepper. Buy it. You won't regret it.

This cookware leaves all others in the dust. I was worried about sticking, but I'm happy to say that is never ever a problem. Plus you can keep them looking perfectly new with a quick swirl of the Chantal cookware polish. I just LOVE that bits of teflon aren't getting in my food anymore, the way other coated pans eventually do. They're a breeze to clean, and they heat up in a snap - way faster than the All-Clad set I replaced with these. I also love that the lids are glass so you can see what's going on inside without releasing the steam. They're worth every single penny.

This cookware is pricey, but well worth the price. Think of it as an investment. There's so much about it that is better than other cookware. I love the fact that I can put it in the dishwasher if I want to. The nonstick surface is really nice. It's heavy enough to be quality, but not too heavy. We love it. And we especially love it because it's so much more safe than most all other cookware out there.

I have been testing and looking for cookware for several years. I am tired of teflon coating and cookware that states it can not be used at high heat and keep its warranty. I bought this set and have used it for eggs, making soups, rice and frying chicken and everything else. It cleans up easily, nothing sticks at the correct cooking temp. I have even been distracted and burned an entire pot of rice to the bottom, it cleaned up in minutes and I was able to make another pot right away. I recomment this to anyone tired of using teflon.

I have had several types of cookware since getting married 14 years ago. I really wanted a "set" and did my research. I wanted to get away from teflon as it does not hold up for very long. I tried this copper fusion and also scan-pan. I was sold on Chantal after I forgot about a pot of rice on the stove and let it burn dry by accident. I though it would be ruined. I cried as I let it cool and set myself to the task of cleaning it. After running under hot water for only a few minutes the rice peeled off and left an UNSCARRED enamel finish! I actually called all my friends and told them to buy this cookware!!!!!! It has been 2 years and I still love this set. I want the large skillet but have not purchased it, yet. The only issue I have is that it is very heavy when empty, so when arthritis acts up it could be prohibitive.

I forgot to mention that I put mine in the dishwasher, too! It comes out looking new! I have the red set. I get compliments on its beauty regularly.

This cookware set is beautiful to look at. I can't tell that there is any "stick resistance" when cooking or cleaning. They still require a good soak and scrub to clean after cooking about anything. The red finish has started to chip near the base on my skillet that I am using on a regular basis. Haven't noticed any chipping on any of the other pieces. After several weeks, i probably feel like the price is a little high...probably could have found better quality for less money, but they really do look nice on my stove!!!

After about a year of research - talking to friends, buying "tester" pans (from Le Creuset, Lodge, Calpalon, All-Clad, etc) and talking to a few chefs, I ultimately decided to ignore all the suggestions and went ahead and bought these pans. They could supposedly go from gas to electric to induction and even in the oven, didn't need "seasoning" or complicated cleaning techniques; they could just go into the dishwasher, and the reviews were pretty good. When I received these pans in August I was a bit disappointed with them on first glance. The welding marks are easily seen, the handles for the lids look like the type to hold water in them, etc etc. I'm glad to say I was wrong.

These pans are lovely. They can be a bit tricky to clean if you don't do it immediately after cooking, but we solved that by having a kettle of water on the boil whilst cooking. Plate the food, pour the water in the pans and let them sit whilst you eat, and when you get around to rinsing them the food just lifts off - even with eggs. Then just throw in the dishwasher with everything else. It's even less effort than my old non-stick pans. These do take a bit longer to heat up, but once they do, the heat is even and they are very responsive to changes, even on an electric/ceramic stove. I can't wait to see how they respond when we switch to induction. They're also convenient for storage with the way the handles for the lids slip right over the handle for the pan. Instead of having to have a separate lid rack, I can hang each pot with its lid. Lovely. They're supposed to be pans for life, and I'm really hoping they are.

All in all, I'm extremely pleased with these.

I first got this set about 3 years ago and never regret having bought it. It gets used a lot more than my other cookware like Le Creuset, All Clad(I think I'll give this stuff away) that I own.

It heat very evenly and is very easy to clean. Most of the time I just wash it by hand and unless I'm too tired and than I just throw it in the dishwasher.

I almost never have any problems with food sticking and if it does I have never had a problems cleaning it.

Since I purchased this set I've also bought the Saute Pan, Chef's Pan and 11" Skillet which are very functional and beautiful.

I have also bought a set for my daughter who also loves it.

I recently got the Chantal copper fusion cookware and love it! Things don't stick, I can use a much lower heat and things still brown up beautifully. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I was given the 9 piece set for a birthday gift a few weeks ago and really love it! I just picked up the 8" pan to round out the set. They cook and clean up as well as they look. In fact, I have left them on the stove top for viewing...I can't put them away because they look so great in my kitchen!
