I was surprised at the low price, and the beautiful color (cobalt blue). The pan is scratch resistant, and my quiches and tarts turn out beautifully! As good as non-stick.

Can't be beat for the price, and presentation. I'm so happy with it, that I'm going to get a Chantal Pie Pan next.

This is a terrific dish that I've used frequently since purchasing. It does a lovely, light quiche and has served as a baker for numerous other items, from baked chicken to a novel "round lasagne". Very pleased with it and it's beautiful enough to serve at the table.

I was trying to make quiche recipes in a pie plate and always had a mess on my hands. I highly recommend getting this plate for it's large size (some of the others don't measure up, and probably will overflow with a standard recipe). I've only used it once so far, but the quiche came out perfectly. The dish is also beautiful.

I recieved it quickly & in good condition. I have yet to use it, this weekend I hope, but when I have used regular pie pans for Quiche I did not get as good as results as I had hoped, so I am hoping this deeper dish will do the trick....

Great pan, brilliant color, good quality, well worth the price. I have several Chantal pieces and all of them have held up well. They cook evenly and look as good as new, use after use. None of them have ever chipped.

I use this for quiche, scalloped potatoes, just about anything baked. It is beautiful for serving at the table.
