Chantal Ceramic Ramekin Set

I tossed out my metal "non-stick" baking pans that got sticky whenever...
These ramiken cups are the perfect size for "jumbo" muffins: I did use unbleached baking cups as liners and I also used a matching Chantel ceramic tray to hold these ceramic cups inside the oven. The oven needed to be pre-heated at a higher level (450) to compensate, but the muffins baked wonderfully well @400 degrees. These are truly non-stick ceramic cooking cups without any fuss or by cleaning after with just plain water, a paper towel: Marvelous--metallic or other residue free--no oil, no dairy, no salt, no sugar, whole white wheat and organic oat bran muffins! Fruity, nutty...

I like to make my own pot pies and these are a little small for that, I will get a bigger size next time. Other than that, the ramekins are just fine. I use them for an egg dish that I serve at breakfast and some custards, those dishes work well in this size. The delivery was prompt and I had no problems with the packaging or shipping damage.
