I have been looking for apie plate that can easily hold 2 qts of fruit in a two-crust pie adn this is it. I have never found pie plate that is as nice. The fluted edge is just for show, not forcing the crust in over the pie. There is a small ledge all the way around that allows the crust to flare out from the pie, keeping the juices from bubbling over onto the bottom of the stove during cooking. I'm very happy with this and just ordered one for my mom.

I wasn't able to find a deep dish pie pan where I live so I went on line. I read the reviews for this product and thought I would give it a try. This was a perfect purchase. It holds the whole receipe without spilling over. It cooks evenly and the crust came out nicely browned. I bought the blue one to match my other dishes. Looks great, Great price and I got it in three days.

The first time I received this item it arrived in pieces. A new one was sent out promptly, however and return of the broken one was easy. The dish is very nice, is deeper and a bit wider than most, accommodating a lot of contents for a large pie. We are very happy with it.
