I love this cheese slicer...we probably use it 3 or 4 times a week. I bought the replacement wires and still have most of them. It's easy to change them and the slicer works well for any kind of cheese. Perfect size for sandwiches or cheeseburgers and I just toss it in the dishwasher when I'm done.
