This is the best spatula I have owned in my 42 years of homemaking. It is thin, strong, balanced, just the right size, beautiful and has a life time warranty. I use it nearly every time I cook, which is usually three times a day. In fact I got two and that works even better.

This is too small to cook with unless you want your fingers burned. The blade is about big enough to lift an average size cookie but it is thick and blunt and so would ruin the underside of the cookie. The handle itself is only 5 inches long. It would be impossible to use this to saute with. Awful.

I needed a good spatula to use with my cast iron skillet and this fits the bill perfectly. This is our most used utensil and I'd like to purchase another soon. The edge is thin and smooth so it's perfect for things like frying an egg. It cleans up well and looks new after months of use. I don't know why you would need anything longer for cooking on the stovetop. This would never work for grilling but is perfect for stovetop cooking.
