This lightweight 18/10 stainless-steel roasting rack measures 13-1/2 by 9-1/2 and is long enough to fit most cuts of meat, from chicken and pork to beef and turkey. Specifically designed to fit within Chantal’s 11-quart roaster, this rack is a good size for many other brands of roasting pans as well. The handles are sturdy for secure lifting and have special hooks that rest on the rims of most roasters to provide ample draining of fats and juices during cooking. The handles heat up so potholders are necessary for removing the rack from a hot pan or oven. For compact storage, the handles fold up to lay flat on top of the rack.
