fantastic shooter, but you can get this, along with Karous and Radilgy (Radio Allergy) on the Ultimate Shooting Collection that was just released on Nintendo Wii.

If you like Gradius, or R Type Dimensions, or Radiant Silvergun, or Ikaruga, or TriggerHeart Exelica, then you owe it to yourself to check out that collection. Plus, it's cheaper than buying the gamecube version.

Good, now hunt down those shooting games!

This game is far above 'average' in graphics, gameplay, layout, difficulty and creativity. It is by far no R-Type Final BUT, it gives just enough opportunity to test wits, acuity, reaction and coordination without sparing the firepower and variety of weapons. It lost one star from my rating due to the slighty bulky quality of the ships. But it won't stop me from blowing things up :)

Good space-fightin shoot-em up to have in your collection.

Chaos Field is an enjoyable experience. It offers 3 different characters at the beginning of the game that have different stats and can be switched in game after a death. The difficulty as ridiculous but very fun and may take 3 or 4 times per level to understand the patterns of the projectiles from enemy ships (The patterns generally take up the entire screen and require precise ship maneuvering to avoid damage). If you want an interesting challenge then I recommend this game.

bought this game for my 12 @ 8 yr old sons. They love it.
