Arrived with NO documentation, no manuals, no assembly instructions, no use instructions. Pretty easy to figure out most assembly and use instructions. A call to Chapin resulted in answers to all questions, an emailed copy of the manual sent within 1 hr and a hard copy received in the mail after 2-3 days. Good Service and very helpful over the phone. Sprayer works well and is very easy to use. Builds up and holds pressure well for even and steady spray. Much better than the hand held pump up units in all regards. Would recommend this sprayer for home use but have not used if enough to comment on durability. Would have no hesitation in purchasing another unit if it was required.

I found the sprayer to be a good sprayer and was easy to assemble and used. I like the fact that this backpack sprayer will not leak chemicals down my back. Easy to use and powerful.

This thing is just murderous on your back. Straps are narrow, cheap and uncomforable. Pump handle is balky and stubborn. I use a mix that requires use within a six hour window, which means I need to use up everything in it. Usually takes about an hour of pain to empty this thing, so I'm upgrading to what I hope will be a professional model with better straps and weight distribution.
