I bought this as a gift for a friend's outdoor man cave. It didn't survive a single party of moderate adult (recommended) usage. Looks like it's built well, but better kept in a museum case. Very disappointing.

beware: this opener does not work on synthetic corks. many wines have have synthetic corks these days and you can not use this opener with those wines. they do not mention this on the website.
