I bought this cover about a year ago and it's ripped, peeling, and pretty much useless. STAY AWAY. Customer Service is useless... told me I need the warranty and store receipt. Who sends in a warranty and keeps the receipt for a $20 grill cover, unless you've been burned before. I'm done w/ Char-Broil

This is a awful product. I don't normally review but I felt like I needed to with this one since I'm now shopping for a new one. It lasted a total of 4 months/one summer. The thing has faded to a whitish green on the top where it is flat against the grill lid. I took it off to use it last weekend and the vinyl cracked! Prior to that it was already leaking at a across the seam that sits against grill lid causing some surface rust on my $350 stainless grill. Do not buy this one!

This grill cover started out great, whoopee, the green color matched my shutters and lawn furniture too! It fits well, stays on in windy weather, and is pretty cheap. But now it looks awful. It is cracked and peeling and stiff. If you leave your grill out in the sun, rain and snow all year like I do, this one is not going to last. However, it is cheap enough to replace.

This cover fits well and seems A-OK out-of-the-box, but it doesn't hold up if exposed to direct sunlight. I've had two of these and each one only held up for one year. If you keep your grill in a covered area you should be fine, but mine is exposed all year and this cover just can't hold up. I saved my receipt on the 2nd one and I'm returning it today (at my cost) to get a replacement under warranty.

Very good product--has held up well covering the grill under our small patio in the back yard. Arrived quickly after ordering.

Cover fit easily over grill. no problems, plus it was cheaper than name brand.

I bought this Char-Broil Universal Fit Model 5702 (Green, 65 inches) at Home Depot and was pleasantly surprised to find it to be the perfect fit for our new Weber E320 grill. A Weber cover would have cost between $40 and $44 plus shipping.

After reading the other reviews about the durability problem, I wish I'd kept my receipt. Still, I should come out ahead even if I have to replace it in a year or two (it's going to be an outside grill).

If I buy another one, I'll make sure to keep myself in a position to take advantage of the 5-year limited warranty. "If the product fails due to manufacturing defect, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at Char-Broil's option. The product, return authorization number and proof of purchase must be returned postage paid." So you have to call Char-Broil to get the authorization to return it at your expense. We'll see how that turns out ...

Although it's the best fit I could get, it's not quite tight enough. I like the heavy material it's made of.

Fit my Char Grill perfectly. We've only had it for a few months, but so far, no discoloration or cracking or anything like that. Looks as good as the day we got it!
