My husband wanted a way to hook all his grilling "stuff" onto his grill - while we have a Char-Broil grill, we bought these only because they seemed sturdy. The definitely did the job - they hold even his heavier tools without any movement (something cheaper hooks just cannot do). He's loving them!

More than pleased with these magnets. Charbroil doesn't really provide a great place to hang your barbecue tools. These magnets really work. In fact once you apply them you have to make an effort to remove them. Great product.

I purchased these for my Char-Broil Bistro Patio Grill. I put them on my grill and hung the tools. They worked great...until I turned the grill on! The heat from the grill melted the glue that holds the magnet onto the hook. I am very disappointed since these are ruined shortly after I put them on the grill. They should not be advertised for use on the grill, if they can't withstand the heat.

Purchased hooks for my char broil patio bistro. They stick when the grill is cold, or hot, but during heating or cooling they fall off immediately. Upon inspection, it looks like the backing has melted. will think twice before purchasing any more char broil accessiories!

These are strong magnets, but are too large for many of my outdoor utensils. I purchased Better Houseware Magnetic Hook Rack, Stainless as an alternative and it worked much better.

I ordered these, because the kitchen cabinets in my auxiliary kitchen are (painted) steel. The magnets in these hooks really have a strong grip! I hung one on the inside of a cabinet door to hold measuring spoons and cake tester, and the other one is mounted on the exterior side of one cabinet next to my magnetic knife holder, where it holds a weighty, hefty knife steel very competently. I'm thinking of ordering yet another set.

I purchased a new grill and it did have some hooks for hanging things at one end. Unfortunately it was the wrong end. I noticed this when I purchased the grill but I thought I could get used to it as I really liked the grill. Then, as I was searching on Amazon for a smoker box that would fit between the burners, I noticed these hooks. I thought they were a little expensive for 2 hooks but I ordered them along with the smoker boxes in order to get free shipping. I am really glad I did. The hooks are very strong magnetically and they can be positioned at any distance from each other which is perfect for hanging grill tongs. I am very happy with these hooks.

These tool hooks are useless. They hardly hold any weight whatsoever. In addition, they rubber backing fell off within 2 weeks.

These hooks are pretty strong, so no problem holding tools to my grill. Being strong enough also prevents sliding...and that means no scratches on the grill. (My first cheaper attempt at hooks was a waste of money and left a 1 inch scratch on my new grill.)

These are much stronger that I expected. Holds my heaviest grill tool without a sweat. The magnet/back is covered so it wont scratch the surface its on.
