Additionally, The Big Easy has a cast-iron deep dish that makes great stir-fried or deep-fried foods on the grill. A flush-mounted side burner, operating on 8,000 BTU, heats up baked beans or other side dishes from your cast-iron deep dish without taking up valuable grilling space. After grilling, all cooking surfaces are easy to clean for the next cookout. When you’re ready to prepare smoked foods on your grill, simply fill the SmokerTents that are protecting the burners with wood chips and you’re ready to go. This cooker’s large hood can accommodate a big ham or even a Thanksgiving turkey to feed a crowd so there are no limitations to what you can smoke.
