Well-built, and well designed.

When you put food on the grill, the metal bristles stick to the meat you are cooking and it really ruins a meal.

It has a nice handle and the replaceable head is a nice feature.

I'm very sorry to say that this brush just ruined a great family meal. We brushed down the grill grates ahead of grilling, threw on a couple of beautiful flank steaks and a bunch of veggies, only to realize later during the meal that the brush had essentially disintegrated leaving hundreds of tiny metal wires all over the grates and all over our food. We found out by someone spitting one out onto their plate and at this point we're just hoping that none are lodged in our digestive systems. Needless to say, we didn't finish our meals.

I strongly suggest everyone not purchase this brush! It's a bad product, that could really cause damage to your health!

While the concept of a replaceable brush is great, I must concur with the other reviews. After a bit of use, the metal bristles start to fall out onto the grate you are cleaning. When you put food on the grill, the metal bristles stick to the meat you are cooking and it really ruins a meal. One of my family bit into one and it was not a good experience.

I thought that a grill brush with replaceable heads was a brilliant idea. Well....I have come to find out that due to the poor quality of the brush heads they need to be replaceable because the metal bristles fall off during use and remain on the grill grates and can get on your food if you are not careful. I will be going back to a Weber brand brush. Please don't waste your money and risk the chance of eating metal bristles with this terrible product; Char-Broil should be ashamed to offer this product!!

This is some Brush ! The Handle is sturdy, strong, and practically unbreakable. The Hanging Hook could hold an elephant ! And the best part is when the bristles fall out, you can buy a Replacement Wire Brush Pad that snaps right in. This is more than a Brush - It's an investment.

This product should be pulled. The bristles come out of it and get baked in your food, if swallowed can cause serious medical issues. I'm just happy we seen the bristles on our pork chops before putting it in our mouths.

The initial price of this brush is pretty high compared to other brushes but it's well worth the investment. Lowe's carries a two pack of replacement brush heads for around $4, so just $2 per refill. You are not going to find a grill brush of similar quality for $2. There are a few other heads at Lowe's that will fit into the brush. There is a steel mesh head and a scrubbing sponge head.

I can't say that this brush works any better or worse than other brushes I've used. The real draw of this particular brush for me was the long term cost savings and the fact that it seemed wasteful to me having to discard an entire grill brush just because the head was worn out.

It's too bad that Amazon doesn't yet carry the replacement heads. Hopefully they will carry them sooner rather than later.

As others reported this brush's metal bristles came off all over our grill. Unknowingly to us they got mixed into our food and my wife ate at least one causing a trip to the hospital. I would recommend discontinueing use of your brush or be EXTREMELY careful with the brush.
