This is a nice grill. Easy to put together and all the parts were there. It was shipped quickly and I received it in good condition. I don't think the flame deflectors are going to last very long, but will see. The four wheels are nice with two locking wheels on the back. Electronic flame ignition uses a triple A battery. I like it because you just push the button and hold it until it lights. You can hear the ticking of the spark. The shelves on the side are sturdy and fold down nicely when your finished with the grill. I used thread lock on all the screws so they won't loosen up over time. The door is sturdy and has a double magnet top and bottom. The handles for the door and lid are very sturdy. The propane tank sits securely in the bottom with a butterfly nut and bolt that tightens onto the base of the tank. You will have to keep it covered and out of the weather, it's painted metal, not rust proof. For the $185.00 and free shipping it's a great deal. Stores in my area are selling them from 225.00 275.00, I would not have purchased one at those prices.

Well it's a year later. Very unhappy with this grill in regards to the cooking of food. The construction is fine, but it cooks the food unevenly, you must constantly turn what you are cooking because one side of the food cooks faster than the other. The heat is concentrated in the center of the grill, around the center is cooler. Poor design of the burners. It doesn't matter how well something is made, if it doesn't work right it's not worth it. If I knew this before I wouldn't have bought it.

This grill is perfect for my needs. It's like it was made especially for me. It is compact, and functional. I use it primarily for steaks & burgers for wife & myself. We don't need a "big honkin" 4 burner that requires lots of space, propane, and clean-up time/effort. This 2 burner heats up quickly, has quality porcelain grates, plus the fold up/down side panels are sturdy & convenient. Assembly took about an hour, but I'm slow & deliberate. Just follow the assembly instructions and identify ALL parts & pieces before starting. I found Amazon's price was lower than all competitors for the same or similar grill. Thanks Amazon.

I bought this to replace a larger 4 burner unit that was too large for my needs and the burners needed to be replaced. Tis grill is certainly perfect for the one or two person family. Burner replacement looks easy when the time comes. Assembly was pretty easy and took me about 2 hours and I am horrible at this sort of thing. I only ever user one burner but one of the cons is that there is more heat towards the center so the mid parts of a steak cook faster than the far ends or burgers in the middle cook faster than burgers on the end. Because of this uneven heat distribution I took away a star. I am also not crazy about the ignitor which requires a AAA battery (supplied). In the colder weather it takes multiple attempts to ignite. Its a relatively decent grill for the $

Great size for small family. Love the cast iron porcelain coated steel grates, although I wish they fit a little more snug as they get slammed around when I'm cleaning them. Only thing I could wish for would be a temperature gauge.

I ordered one of these for my parents in november, they put it together in late April. Apparently there was some kind of leak in the hose and the first time it was lit it shot fire out the side for about 10 feet. The fire department showed up and confirmed what the issue was. We have numerous pictures.

At first Char-broil support seemed concerned and helpful. My parents followed their instructions verbatim. On a follow up they were nasty, crude, and told my parents they did not follow the directions they provided. Then shortly after my mother was told it was in fact their fault but they weren't going to do anything about the grill. A friggin cities fire department determined what the flaw was. I would reccomend not to do any kind of business with Char-Broil.

Thankfully, we're working with Amazon to do something. I could have over-looked the issue that nearly burned my parents home down, it happens and thankfully no one was hurt, but I would mostly worry about the fact that char-broil does not stand behind their products.

It's ok. I got it on a deal for cheap and it performs as well as the money I paid for it. No way it's worth the original $200 though. There are hot spots. It's convenient because it takes less room on the patio and gets the job done with burgers and some chicken but I wouldn't rely on it for consistent cooking. Due to the hotspots it's a bit too adventurous for anything else you may want to cook on it.

I had grill in the past but never something like this one.
1) All the grease/Fat is leaking from the back and not as supposed to.
2) The heat is not leveled, only the inside half of the grill has good heat while the front area is not really functional which makes it a very small BBQ Grill and not worth the $$$ and time I have spent on it.

I am usually not into bad reviews what so ever but this time I could have not let anyone else to make the same mistake as I did.

Easy to put together, arrived with no issues. We've been using it since mid Feb. and it's a great grill. Good size for our family (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby). Love the storage for the propane tank! I chose this grill b/c of it's compact size (we're a military family, so we move a lot, compact is great for us!) The sides fold down, nice handle (sounds kinda lame, but we've had grills before that the handles were so cheap and broke off easily, well before it should have), moves easily, and cooks very well!

I have had the grill for a month. This grill is the perfect size for use a few times a week. It is not bulky and is easy to roll around. I pull it out of the garage with one hand most of the time while I'm bringing the food out. Lights up on the first push every time so far. The grates seem to clean up easy as well. Very happy I selected this size over the Monster grills you can get for the same price.

this grill arrived in a huge box. looked a bit intimidating but i got some tools together and started. it was a bit of a project to put together but not bad at all less complicated than expected. the fire box comes in one piece, you assemble the stand and side tables. a bit of the body enamel chipped during assembly, but so far it has not compromised the function. i have been using my grill without a problem all fall. plan to grill again today. it's a great size for a small family. i have noticed a bit of rust coming from the grill but this is south fl and it is always humid down here. all in all no complaints.
