Dr. Earl Paul is a professor, student affairs professional, author and speaker. He works at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. Because of his interaction with college students on a daily basis, he began writing books and booklets as well as delivering seminars/speeches on college campuses in the 1990s. However,much of what he has spoken to student about for many years has translated to and lends itself to other adult audiences so he is writing material now for both.

His goal is to relay life skills that can be utilized by any adult to help them gain more knowledge and enhance their lives.
