4.0 out of 5 stars Better than oven pizza stone
I was skeptical at first but now the Pizza Grilling Pan has replaced my oven pizza brick. I use it on a gas grill which is heated and then turned to low. Set your pizza pan on the grate and lower the lid. The top of the cornice stays moist while the bottom crisps. Closest to pizza in Naples you can make at home for less than a three to five thousand dollar investment...

I was skeptical at first but now the Pizza Grilling Pan has replaced my oven pizza brick. I use it on a gas grill which is heated and then turned to low. Set your pizza pan on the grate and lower the lid. The top of the cornice stays moist while the bottom crisps. Closest to pizza in Naples you can make at home for less than a three to five thousand dollar investment. With two you can rotate the pans because they need to cool before preparing the next pizza. Because my grill is wide enough for two I use four grilling pans to keep large parties happy. The long handles make this the easiest of all pizza grilling pans to use. Five stars.

"Of particular concern is PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid), also known as C8, which causes liver, pancreatic, testicular and mammary gland tumors in rats, as well as immune system problems, reproductive problems and birth defects. According to an independent EPA scientific advisory board, PFOA is a likely human carcinogen. It has been found in the blood of more than 90 percent of Americans -- and animals around the globe. In terms of persistence in the environment, it is unrivaled. As far as can be determined, PFOA never breaks down."

Oh and if you do it indoors and have birds say goodbye to them.
