Nothing is trickier that flipping a whole fish on the grill. The Charcoal Companion Fishtail Basket with Rosewood Handle is the answer. The fish-shape basket is made of heavy gauge non-stick coated metal. The two sides latch together to hold the fish securely. Grill on one side and when ready use the Rosewood Handles to flip the fish to grill the other side. Whimsical fish design hangs for storage by the tail.
