Good features:
1. Large
2. Flexible
3. Non-stick

Not so good:
1. If you are cooking small stuff with bigger stuff, you can't put the small stuff in or it will fall through
2. You really can't close the grill when using this or it elevates the basket a bit above the grill surface due to the pressure of the lid on the handle
3. Difficult to store
4. Once the nonstick surface begins to fade, somewhat difficult to keep clean
