Good construction for the price. Would give five stars but would prefer that the patties are six inch diameter because the meat shrinks to a meatball otherwise. Bought another one for a gift and they like it so far.

I bought this for my boyfriend, who (of course) loves to grill but often stresses over the "doneness" of everyone's burgers. We both love medium-well done burgers and the rings that this burger press has thoroughly cooks the burgers to perfection. It also helps keep the burgers uniform in shape so everyone gets the same size on their bun. The fat drains out of the burgers but it doesn't make them dried out. Highly recommended for anyone that loves to grill!

I HAVE USED THIS PRESS SEVERAL TIME NOW AND I WEIGH 4.5 OZ OF SEASONED HAMBURGER FOR EACH BURGER AND PRESS THEM OUT LAY THEM ON A COOKIE SHEET AND FREEZE THEM, WHEN I WANT ONE I TK IT OUT AND THAW IT, THE BURGERS COOK QUICKLY AND EVENLY ON THE GRILL I REALLY LIKE IT.
