Purchased this because the internal Sidekick battery charger connector quit working along with the case coming a part. This was the only other way to charge the battery. It works as advertised. The price was as cheap as anywhere else. Seller delivered on time.

This must be a goldmine for them. I hear everyone with a sidekick ends up with an external charger.

This item is a work around to the horrible charging plug on the sidekick 3. With an additional battery charger, I can now keep my sk3 running 24/7. If you own an sk3 and are having charging problems, give this product a go.

Was given a faulty unit at first. But customer service was great, worked with me to resolve the issue and replaced my unit free of charge. Overall, I was satisified in the end and that's what matters.

Works perfectly! best and only solution for a broken charger port for a sk3. sk3 wont charge via USB cord, so this is the only option! not fun switching back and forth... but it is the only way to charge the sk3.

I have a Sidekick 3, and it is my lifeline in more ways than one. So when the charging mechanism in the phone started to get wonky, I freaked. It was either sending it to T-mobile and having them repair it, or buying a new phone. Either way, I couldn't afford it.

Buying this cradle was cheap and HIGHLY effective. The dock itself charges the phone without me having to remove the battery (just happens to be at the right angle, I guess. That was the problem with the other chargers, I kept having to fiddle with it and twist the wire to get the charge to pick up. And sometimes it wouldn't work at all). And to make me an even happier customer, my cradle arrived SUPER fast.

I love this charger. I can charge my sidekick and my extra battery all at the same time. I love it so much. And it comes with 2 free data cables. One that can is retactable (which is very easy to carry around) and the other is a regular cable that is just extra. But anywayz i love it.
