The length on the cable is great, just to connect it to the laptop. My mistake I guess, but I assumed this was a data cable as well. You cannot sync your phone to the computer to transfer data, just to emergency charge it. Now to spend another $7...

I hunted for this specific cable for quite a while until I finally found it. I was ecstatic as it was difficult to find. Most inquires depicted the longer USB cable I already own. You can see by the picture that it is a short cable...only 4 to 6 inches but it's false advertising. The seller merely sends you the typical longer USB cable and when you inquire (complain) they merely give you a refund and ask that you reverse your negative feedback. A second email inquiry is met with a "Sorry that our cable is not exact same as the picture showing on Amazon..." What the F? Isn't what's showing on Amazon supposed to be what your're ordering? I wouldn't order from these scammers again if you paid me. Very disappointing. The most negative customer service experience I've had since Comcast and I no longer use them either! I took my Saturn to the dealer for 13 years and was a loyal customer. They knew about customer service! They earned my loyalty and I spent my hard earned money with them for all those years. There's smarter, better, more customer service oriented businesses out there. Look for them and stay away from this one. Don't depict something you can't deliver damn it. Bait and switchers...shouldn't be in business and I hope they fail.
