I got this for my husband for Christmas, and if I'm honest, for me too. We own several electronic devices like cell phones, Ipods, etc. which require charging. The wires were all over the desk and devices strewn everywhere when charging. I hated the mess! The charging station not only neatens up the cords, as they all tuck underneath the unit in a storage compartment, but the outlet is freed up because the charging station comes with a surge protector which will handle up to six plugs, but only the surge protector needs to use the wall outlet. Everything is neat and orderly and looks so much better. It is a great size and fits nicely on the desktop. I would defintely recommend this product.

This charging station is really great! There is plenty of room to charge devices, and it fits nicely on a desk, or even in a corner.

The charging valet from Brookstone is very attractive and includes pigtail extenders and a surge protector. I bought it before December to give as a Christmas gift. Then I began to see charging stations in all the stores for about half the price. Even Brookstone reduced its price by $25 but since they reduced it 31 days after I purchased it, and they have a 30 return policy, they would not give me the sale price. So, although the product is good, I cannot recommend dealing with this company.
