Hi, can you please clarify what you mean by a $4.00 premium for the BluRay packaging? Do you mean that if they has put the Blu-Ray and DVD in a DVD case it would have been much cheaper. If I am understanding you correctly, then something is really screwed up with that kind of marketing/packaging.
