Shipped promptly very good value, nice looking, sturdy. Good directions to assemble, took about 20 minutes, good craftsmanship regarding alignment of holes, engineering, etc. No complaints or suggestions for improvement.

I was hoping to receive the product at the early end of the projected delivery date but received it on the last projected day. The product was packaged well and easy to put together. It looks great and my husband feels more organized now instead of trying to find everything in the morning rushing out the door. It is light weight and looks great with my other dark mahogany furniture. Out of all the similar ones I looked at (there were lots and lots) this was the best looking one and a great buy!

Overall, the valet is nice. It looks great in my room and definitely adds a hotel suite feel. The overall quality is nice. However, the rack that holds a suite jacket is a little shaky. It is only attached by two very small screws that remain loose even after I finished tightening them. My job doesn't require that I wear a suite coat so I'm not concerned too much about the hanger attachment. I just use it for my dress shirts which don't weigh very much. I had considered getting a cheaper valet but this one really looks great and is good quality besides the screws for the hanger attachment. Also, it was super easy to put together. My 10 year old son basically put it together by himself.
