Shipped promptly very good value, nice looking, sturdy. Good directions to assemble, took about 20 minutes, good craftsmanship regarding alignment of holes, engineering, etc. No complaints or suggestions for improvement.

I was hoping to receive the product at the early end of the projected delivery date but received it on the last projected day. The product was packaged well and easy to put together. It looks great and my husband feels more organized now instead of trying to find everything in the morning rushing out the door. It is light weight and looks great with my other dark mahogany furniture. Out of all the similar ones I looked at (there were lots and lots) this was the best looking one and a great buy!

Overall, the valet is nice. It looks great in my room and definitely adds a hotel suite feel. The overall quality is nice. However, the rack that holds a suite jacket is a little shaky. It is only attached by two very small screws that remain loose even after I finished tightening them. My job doesn't require that I wear a suite coat so I'm not concerned too much about the hanger attachment. I just use it for my dress shirts which don't weigh very much. I had considered getting a cheaper valet but this one really looks great and is good quality besides the screws for the hanger attachment. Also, it was super easy to put together. My 10 year old son basically put it together by himself.

We ordered two of these vallets to try to tame the morning hurry of two working parents trying to get out of the house on time. While we got them put together fairly quickly, they look nice and are doing the job they were intended to do; both came with manufacturing defects. On one, the hole to attach one of the uprights to the base was drilled crooked and there was no way to get the (included) bolt into the hole so we used a wooden dowel and some wood glue to attach it. The other the hole where the hanger attachment hooks into the top drawer/shelf area was not aligned with the other side so we drilled a new hole and filled the other with nail filler and stained it the same color as the vallet (all of our furniture is roughly the same color). Otherwise, a decent product and it IS doing the job it was intended for.

I ordered this product as a gift for my husband. It was easy to assemble. It has helped to organize my husband. Great product for the price. Color is exactly as shown. It goes perfectly with my bedroom furniture.

We received our Valet and the hanger was broken in half. We decided not to return it since it would have cost to ship it back and forth.

if you don't plan on using this for a punching bag this is a great product for a great price.
