It's an interesting book and an uplifting reading, even though it promises too much for what it really gives and a fifth part of the books is wasted in trying to explain why this book is useful reading. What is worth saving of the book is the general ideas it gives about self-esteem, and how to reveal and be comfortable with our inner sense and our way of being phisically and emotionaly
