Has Limitations,

This review is from: Charles-Hubert, Paris Gold-Plated Dual Time Mechanical Pocket Watch (Watch)
This is a mechanical watch that requires daily winding. By current mecanical pocket watch standards it has some complications, the second time zone dial and the day/night indicator. Mine seems to be quite accurate for a mechanical watch so far but no mechanical watch will ever be as accurate as current quartz watch technology. My Seiko kinetic wrist watch is accurate to well within 2 seconds a month.
The watch does not come with setting instructions. These are downloadable from "Pocket Watch Site", an Amazon seller, as a PDF by Avalon watches. [...] The main limittion for the second time zone dial is that it is only adjustable in full hour time zone differences. This is why I only give the watch 3 stars. The minute hands are permanently geared together so they are in lockstep, causing this limitation. This means that the destination dial cannot be set to countries such as India and Afghanistan which have time zones 1/2 hour out of phase with the rest of the world if the main time dial is set to an American or European time zone. If you need a dual time zone pocket watch without this limitation take a look at the Wenger 73010 or 73015, both quartz pocket watches. I do not know of a mechanical pocket watch that is available. Dual time zones have become common on wrist watches.
