I RECENTLY PURCHACED A CHARLES-HUBERT POCKET WATCH #3671-FROM AMAZON .COM IT WAS A RESONABLE PRICE FOR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WATCH -IT WILL BE EASIER TO CHANGE THE BATTERY THEN MY OLD WATCH THAT I HAD TO TAKE TO THE JEWLER TO CHANGE -I LIKE THE IDEA OF NO LID TO OPEN TO SEE THE TIME -IT HAS A NICE GOLD CHAIN ON IT -AND IT TELLS THE DATE -I WILL ENJOY THIS WATCH FOR A LONG TIME--ROGER

The first watch arrived with a defect: the second hand got stopped by the minute hand. Amazon's exchange system for its replacement worked flawlessly and quickly. The replacement is accurate, attractive, and nice to have. My only quibble is that the hands are golden rather than black (like the watch this replaces), making it a little harder to read quickly. It comes with a chain that hooks into a belt or belt loop.

Very nice everyday watch, I love having the date displayed. It looks very rich and keeps very good time. The chain that's included seems to be of good quality.

when i went to order item, it said 2 day shipping was free. But did not show that in order. Now I have to wait 5 days and hope it gets here on time. That stinks.
