Poor Poor Choice., November 30, 2008

Don't get me wrong: The watch is beautiful. However, in less than 6 months, the watch stopped working. At first I thought it was the battery so I had it replaced. Within a few days, the watch stopped again. When I tried to return it, Gems4Me told me that I had to contact Charles Hubert in Paris, France; ship the watch to CH for repair. That is the last thing that I wanted to do. Send a watch overseas for repair. I can understand if the watch was made of solid gold with the highest technolology (such as the Swiss made) available in timekeeping. But this is a ridiculous notion. Gems4Me should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! I have bought watches from the Amazon website before and NEVER had a problem before this. I have vowed not to buy any watches from this vendor again!!
Amazon.com is a wonderful resource but I am very unhappy with this vendor. Do yourselves a favor, if you are looking for a good timepiece and you are shopping on Amazon.com, just don't choose Gems4Me.
